If you are familiar with my videos or maybe even read my book you probably know where I’m getting with this. But if you are just starting out with your recovery you might want to see this and it can save you months or even years of frustration, cutting out more and more foods in order to “cure” yourself from this “addiction”. The answer might be something entirely different than what is commonly recommended.
