In today’s video I will explain how you can stop the habit of purging in bulimia. Why and how exactly your brain is conditioned to purge after eating and what you can do to break out of this unhealthy pattern.
By knowing how your brain creates habits you can use the same mechanism to top all of your eating disorder habits – purging, overeating, overexercising, obsessive food rituals and many others. The habit creation in your brain is universal which means the same kind of system works with almost any habits yo want to break.
Your brain is very plastic, you can change whatever behaviour or habits you want. Even when you have struggled with eating disorder for many years or even decades you CAN still recover! Your brain power is limitless. The question is not about IF you can recover, but if you are WILLING to do whatever it takes, put in the effort, get uncomfortable, and stick to it long enough.
