Many of you have asked me about different snack ideas for eating disorder recovery so I made a video featuring 10 of my favorite ones!
I tried to choose the ones that are very easy and quick to make and give multiple different ones to choose from.
Keep in mind:
- Always make sure you eat what YOU want and what your body asks for. All foods should be allowed with unconditional permission.
- For full recovery, it’s extremely important to eat enough and always respond to your hunger whether physical or mental and eat until full and satisfied. If you need some guidance on how much to eat then you can read THIS post about recommended recovery calorie guidelines.
- Also, to make sure you eat regularly. If you need some guidance in this then I recommend eating every 2-3 hours. Eating 3 main meals and 2-3 snacks in between.
