Should I Recover/Gain Weight Fast Or Slow? this is a question I have got multiple times from my clients and other people in recovery.

Part of recovering or gaining too fast can be justified in case of avoiding refeeding syndrome, but major part of this can actually be FEAR.

It is the eating disorder that is afraid to recover “too fast” or to “gain too fast”. And here it can actually keep you in a trap!
