Regular Eating + Challenging Fear Foods + Eating Enough!

Several things are important to follow when it comes to physical recovery. Regular eating, challenging fear foods and eating enough are some of the most necessary things.

But what I see is that many people do not take into account all of them. And maybe just focus on one aspect.

For example, eating enough is great…but if you don’t do it regularly, it will not recovery you.

Or challenging fear foods is definitely helpful…but if you don’t eat enough at the same time, then you can still continue to struggle with food, despite “eating enough”.

Or if you eat regularly…but you don’t eat enough calories or challenge fear foods, then just regular eating won’t fully recover you.

This is why it’s important to look at the whole picture and several aspects of recovery, not get too caught up with one thing. But to continue to progress further.
