I have a question.
I have been following the MinnieMaud guidelines for just over a month now, and I am concerned that I might end up getting quite overweight. I understand that the MinnieMaud guidelines teach that the body will settle down to the weight that the body requires. But how do you explain obese and morbidly obese people? Do they get extremely overweight because they don’t listen to their bodies?
I believe that if you find it easy to eat to fullness and not restrict anymore you can just go by hunger cues. also, when you are weight restored, have your period etc. I did not follow MinneMaud the entire length of my recovery but just about one month or so and then went by my hunger/fullness, just eating and never restricting.
