  1. Hi Elisa,
I am back in recovery as after 3 years I made the mistake of starting weight training. I liked it at first just to build strength, unfortunately after 4 months I started getting old ED symptoms… mental and physical. I brought your book back out and started again. I never want to go back to where I was. I do have questions? Can you update your videos on length of mental recovery and common pitfalls( as in weightlifting)?

Also what about food allergies? I really have taken longer in recovery because of anxiety induced Bowel issues. Can this be a sign of fear foods. Digestive issues are an issue that kept me in quasi recovery. I’m finally seeing the light again. I quit all exercises and have been eating every even things I thought gave me issues, but just wondering if you ever talk about this as a link to food intolerances/ hormone issues/ diarrhea?
