People have asked me “Do I need to cut calories and eat healthy AFTER recovery?”
Maybe they are just starting out recovery, they understand that for full recovery they have to stop all restriction but don’t quite understand how it’s possible to eat normally after recovery without needing to cut calories or trying to eat healthily?
They wonder: “If you just continue to eat without any restriction then for sure this can’t be healthy, right? Plus, how can you maintain your weight if you keep on allowing yourself to eat however much you want?”
