Meet Your Recovery Coach!
My name is Elisa and I’m your Eating Disorder Recovery Coach! I'm a Certified Life Coach and a NLP Master Practitioner (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Certified RTT™ Therapist (Rapid Transformational Therapy) and I’m also trained in Eating Disorder Intuitive Therapy (EDIT)™
I fully recovered from bulimia, orthorexia, overexercising and extreme dieting in 2014 and I’m now helping others to do the same! In 2016 I published my book "BrainwashED: Diet-Induced Eating Disorders. How You Got Sucked In And How To Recover" and now share my experience and knowledge mainly through my Youtube channel Follow The Intuition and my website www.followtheintuition.com. As an eating disorder recovery coach, I have a compassionate and non-judgemental attitude, creating an environment where you can feel safe and secure to be challenged and grow. My main goal as a coach is to help you recover your physical and mental health, start listening and trusting your body and the intuition and let it guide you to full and lasting recovery!

MY RECOVERY APPROACH:
My approach to recovery is combined with nutritional rehabilitation, brain rewiring, and “un-brainwashing” from diets and restrictive behaviors. I fully support Health At Every Size® (HAES®) approach and intuitive eating.
We will work closely on your recovery step by step so you can feel accountable and supported daily. Together we will set weekly homework assignments, challenges, and recovery goals. We will identify issues that might hold you back and find ways to get unstuck and continue moving towards a full recovery!
You are in charge of your recovery and I’m here to guide you along the way!

FREE DISCOVERY CALL
The discovery call (30 min) is where you can ask any questions about the recovery coaching and we can find out if we are a good fit.
WEEKLY COACHING CALLS
Every week you have a private coaching call (60 min) with Elisa to ask any questions, get support and guidance for the next week ahead.
EMAIL SUPPORT
Between the coaching calls, you can email Elisa at any time to ask questions, get additional support and stay accountable for your recovery.
WEEKLY GOALS AND STEPS
Based on your specific needs and the stage of your recovery we will set clear weekly goals and steps that will help you move forward.
HOMEWORK ASSIGNMENTS
You are given weekly homework assignments that will help you gain more from the coaching and to put everything you learn into practice.
