Sooo helpful thank you!! Question- when you say “add dairy back in slowly” do you mean every few weeks add in more? Every few days?
this is very individual and I don’t have a detailed timeline. you need to go through some trial and error to find what works for you. For me it was more like every few days including foods with dairy, maybe smaller amounts first and then adding more over time.
