Insomnia and Sleeping Problems In Eating Disorder Recovery

In this video, I talk about my experience with insomnia in eating disorder recovery. It used to take me 2 hours to fall asleep and I would still wake up around 3 am while being completely exhausted. + I will also give you a few tips for a better restful sleep!
